I started at 290 about a year ago, and am now at 215. Though I have lost a lot of weight, I am struggling to keep going to the gym.

I've put on 2 or three pounds and can't stop bad eating habits, but especally not getting any exercise.

Reasons why I'm not feeling amazing:
- I had a chocolate muffin
- I had a view biscuit sticks with nutella
- I had a really big glass of hot chocolate

Reasons why I'm feeling pretty good anyway:
- I drank lots of water today
- I got off my lazy bum and got a good hour's worth of exercise.
- I'm sleeping more and better everyday

Today was good progress. I just need to stay mindful of what I eat. I need to remind myself why I'm on this journey in the first place and how these temptations are meaningless obstacles.
