I've been stretching and doing my minor work-outs almost every chance I get. I have greatly increased my energy levels, my digestion has improved, and I'm the lightest I've weighed in over 5 years. BOOM BABY! Happy ChrismaHanukKwanzaa!

Reasons why I'm not feeling amazing:
- I had a chocolate muffin
- I had a view biscuit sticks with nutella
- I had a really big glass of hot chocolate

Reasons why I'm feeling pretty good anyway:
- I drank lots of water today
- I got off my lazy bum and got a good hour's worth of exercise.
- I'm sleeping more and better everyday

Today was good progress. I just need to stay mindful of what I eat. I need to remind myself why I'm on this journey in the first place and how these temptations are meaningless obstacles.

Even without the proper amount of sleep, I've been able to keep up with my stretches and "regimen".
There's definitely noticeable changes with my energy levels and my physical strength is peaking back up from what I lost when I had mononucleosis. :)
