I haven't been able to exercise all summer.

I didn't do anything today except sit on the couch, but I also didn't eat very much, so I think it's okay.

The last few days have been rough, but I feel better since I put more effort into taking care of myself today.

I feel fairly good about my progress lately. I've been eating healthy. Very. And though I haven't exercised, I definitely notice a difference. The only problem is that I haven't weighed myself since the beginning of the summer. I will be buying a very precise scale soon, though. I might start after that. Until then, I will be making positive lifestyle changes. :-)

There is just so much going on... I've been eating healthy but I haven't weighed myself since the beginning of the summer. I'm kind of worried that I am not losing anything. Will go to the gym tomorrow for the first time in 1 week... :-/

I'm very tired. I didn't really sleep last night. However, I am doing much better now. I think these last few days have been a period of spiritual growth for me, and I am really feeling the effects of that. I am eating healthy, too. As soon as I can sleep, who knows what will be possible?

I don't fell 100% today, probably due to stress from school. But I went grocery shopping last night and got a ton of veggies and healthy foods, so I have a feeling I am on the right track. :-)

Better than just okay for the first time in weeks... I am starting some new habits, eating well, and getting plenty of physical activity and rest. I hope I start to notice the changes in my wasteline!

Ok--I may have binged a little on pizza last night. But I had been at work for 8.5 hours and was so hungry. And I haven't had anything bad
yet today...

It's been better lately. Even though I have been stressed, I haven't eaten as much. I think I may have actually lost a few pounds, but I don't want to weigh myself until the beginning of summer. And I slept 10 hours last night, which is more than I've had in a long, long time.
