Feeling Good

Walked over 10 000 steps during this week twice. Since I'm alone in my apartment, it's easier to manage my diet. I have taken up a semi-raw diet that means a lot of smoothies, fruit and vegetables. Not completely raw still but getting to it one step at a time :)

Have walked a lot in the past couple of days, haven't weighed myself. Have had such fun time, have no time to worry :)

Now weighing .. 120.6 pounds and my thighs are 19.8 inches.. satisfied. :D

Walked about 15.5 miles today and have eaten: two glasses of juice, one apple and two litres of water. dinner will be soon... gonna eat my fanny off. :D

Hanging In

Walked about ... 2.5 miles in 4.3 inch heels including a 1.4 inch platform. Haven't walked in heels since last summer. Legs hurt. Bad. :D

Feeling Good

Went to the shops to find some tiles for our country house bathroom and walked A LOT... Also I searched for a hulahoop and a pedometer but did not find anything useful. Also I bought a size 6 dress today.. usually I have been mostly 10 but if fit like a glove. SERIOUS TONING NEEDS TO BE DONE!! Note to self.

Today was a great walking day. Got a 4.5 mile walk today + the miles I got with mowing the lawn for 5 hours non-stop, oh lord. Really tired. Yesterday I got a 5 mile walk.

Since I haven't got a bike anymore, I have been walking to everywhere. :D I weigh 121 pounds now and feeling great about it.

Since there is a break from school for two weeks, I'm at my parents place. Visited my grandmother and mowed the lawn for 4 hours. Started to do some sit-ups before sleep, feeling great about my life right now :)

Needs Support

My knees hurt from sitting on the couch all day long.. just studying and sleeping. That's all I do around here.
