Feeling Good

Reasons why I'm not feeling amazing:
- I had a chocolate muffin
- I had a view biscuit sticks with nutella
- I had a really big glass of hot chocolate

Reasons why I'm feeling pretty good anyway:
- I drank lots of water today
- I got off my lazy bum and got a good hour's worth of exercise.
- I'm sleeping more and better everyday

Today was good progress. I just need to stay mindful of what I eat. I need to remind myself why I'm on this journey in the first place and how these temptations are meaningless obstacles.

Still feel fat and gross. However I know I've been eating well and swimming a lot so progress is on the way.

117 pounds. I can see progress but am nowhere near the 105 I am looking to see.

Been more active lately, however the food temptation is still there and i am more apt to sit on my butt instead of run.

I haven't lost any weight and realize I need to do more cardio but can't seem to bring myself to it. I'm going to start doing 20 minutes on the elliptical everyday and see how that goes. Self esteem is kinda low =/

I went to the gym three days in a row but this weekend I didn't go at all. I had to much to eat because I was around friends and really need to stop giving in to all the food temptations. I am 121 lbs. I want to be around 105.
