Today I feel a little better about what I've eaten. I hate a piece of toast for breakfast, half a Pb sandwich and some carrots for lunch... BUT, I came home and ate 4 oreos, chips and salsa, and a malt ball :/ Dinner is still to come though and I WILL eat well for that because my family always has healthy dinners. I've just gatta make sure I don't go for more sweets after!!

Exercised a bit, ate loads of fruit, need to drink more water. Just had some chocolate though and going out for a chinese tonight.

Drank a lot last night. But that was yesterday. Went jogging this morning, well on my way to eating my 5 a day and I've drank half a litre of water. and I've got salad for lunch. Healthy! Let's gooo!!!

Just been sitting on the sofa all day. Ate pasta and chocolate cake. I am drinking water though, and a yoghurt for breakfast. No exercise yet.

Didn't do much today. No gym, didn't eat healthy. Don't know why I just don't have the will power to do it
