Stressed out about time management - exam period and healthy eating are hard to balance together. MUST RESIST the urge to dip my spoon into the tub of Nutella.

goal: feel i can achieve something

I really want to achieve several things in my life, but just don't know where to start or where to find confidence. I mean, I know I had it but can't seem to trace it in the mess my life is currently.

goal: lose 40 pounds and get fit

Feeling kind of trapped in my own life. Or rather locked out. Either way we are going separate ways. I can't get control of anything and feel my health deteriorating by the hour. Isn't spring the best time to start doing something...anything.

Feeling Good
goal: have a break from drinking until the end of the month to see if i can stop smoking, feel healthier, be more productive and sort my head out

I've wanted to try this for a while and I'm looking forward to feeling healthier - especially because I only smoke when I drink. I also hate cringing the next day about things I've done and said after a few drinks. I hate hangovers and losing time the next day when I could be doing. And I want to do a triathlon this year too... oo now there's another goal!
